Week on, week off

Ive recently re-joined slimming world after falling pregnant a few weeks after originally joining in 2009.

The problem is i seem to be really motivated one week, and the opposite the next! My OH is very thin, athough he eats slimming world meals I prepare I feel I should buy extra goodies to fatten him up...which of course i give in to sometimes.

If i was to be really hard on myself I could stick to plan 100% but I know then I would return to old habits when I reach target

What I'm really trying to say is, I realise this journey is gonna be a long one as I'm always going to have that temptation. Is there any1 else out there who has the odd week of plan and has successfully achieved a good weight loss even if it has taken longer than it should?

That seems to be the way this time is going for me! I've lost weight on SW before but was so strict that I did it for two months, lost two stone, fell off the wagon and put it all back on and some! This time it's taken me lot longer to get to nearly stone and a half off but I'm not losing motivation because I've had my fun along the way! Sorry bit detailed but my point is yes the scenic route seems to work! :)
