Week One - How do I look?

OK I've had my evening meal and I wont snack at all tonight so I guess I can call this the end of week one as far as eating and exercise go.

It took me a few days to get psyched up for this and still had some of my favourite treats in the house which I finished off. So that's why my first days aren't great on the calorie count.

How does this look to you:

Day 1 2295 cals
Day 2 2100 cals
Day 3 2153 cals
Day 4 1469 cals
Day 5 1513 cals
Day 6 1776 cals
Day 7 1377 cals

And exercise this week:

Day 1 4km bike ride
Day 3 4km brisk walk
Day 6 7km bike ride
Day 7 2km brisk walk
