I am on day 5 of the cambridge diet and I am feeling great!!! I have my first weigh-in on Monday and I can't wait to see the results.

I am sticking to Sole Source 100% and I know I should get good results.

I have set myself a 6 stone target by xmas. I need to lose LOTS more but doing this in smaller targets.

I started LipoTrim on 3/6/2008 and lost 2 stone. Then in the time between that and Cambridge I lost 3 stone and 3 lbs altogether. I am getting married in July 2009 so need to get this weight off for my dress.

Just wanted to say Hi and I will be back on Monday to post my first week loss.

    Fingers crossed...

    Lisa xxxx

Hey Lisa, I'm on day 5 of week 1 too! Well done on getting this far :) you're doing great.

Do you mind me giving you one piece of advice? Please don't get your hopes up for 6st by Christmas. The average loss is 1st a month, maybe a little more if you've got LOTS (like 10st) to lose, and also a little more in the first month you start the diet, so if you have just started I'd suggest that the most you are likely to lose by then is 3st, more likely 2.7.

Just wanted to make you aware (in case you aren't already) as would hate for you to get disheartened at Christmas if you haven't reached your target.

    Keep going hun :)

I must have missed the 6st by Christmas bit, I totally agree with wannabslim. I'm aiming for a total of 3stone by Christmas... and I think that's aiming a bit high. I've lost 8lbs and got 2st 6lbs left to go before Christmas..... and then about another 10st lol

But, any loss is a loss chick.... ;)

    Totally agree with you.
Also, could you imagine how baggy your skin would be if you lost all that weight that quick?
Even 2 and a half stone would be a fantastic loss!!
Good luck, Im hoping to lose the same ammount by chrimbo Xx

I think it is important to have a goal, but to take advice form all the people here who really seem to know the score. You need to stay focused and positive so that you can stay on the diet whatever happens. The only thing 'down' should be the scales, I know I often set myself up for a fall and then just give up.
This time I just want to do it day by day and just get through it that way.
    Good luck,

Best of luck, It is day 4 for me, so few days before my WI, I can’t wait too. I need to lose 6st too but, I know I can’t do them by Christmas, if I lose 3st by then it will be great.
