week one weigh in

well just been for my first weigh in after 5 days and have lost 7lb!!!!!!!!

but used different scales and according to my home ones i've lost 8lb but still half a stone in 5 days, i'm sooooooo happy!

thanks everyone! it really has give me the buzz and motivation to go into week 2, feel on top of the world. lost 21lb since christmas now, although only 7lb of that through lt. feel like i can do it now, all definitely feels worth it!

good luck sabrewulfe i'm sure you'll do great, just takes alot of willpower over the first 5 days and yes you probably will feel crap for a couple of them but thats a good sign! just stick with it and you'll have great results!

Day one for me.....

Hi all

I am on day one and feeling good! Done lighterlife before so know what to expect physically. Thought this might help with the mental support!!! Great to read all your posts, looking forward to weigh in already!!!

Ps hoping my ticker works so don't laugh if there is just a load of gobbldygook at the bottom where it should be!!! hehehe
