Thanks Ladies for the well wishes.... but... and it's a huge but... I actually cracked this week... taking spoonfuls of food here and there on a four occassions this week and then eating "properly" (if you call two dry fried eggs proper) this evening.
I don't know why it's started to get so tough especially as I have been so motivated in the first few weeks. I'm back at the pharmacy for a weigh-in tomorrow and hopefully I can get some motivation back. What I don't understand is why its suddenly got so hard. I was doing great... NO... I AM doing great... I'm in the 12st range at last... I'm down three dress sizes... I'm down from a 42DD to a 38C in bra size and even my damn shoes are too big for me. I have collar bones back and a waist and yet today I have only been able to drink 2 litres of water and ended up eating this evening...
