Weekend away

I went away the weekend and at first I found it hard to relax and not stick to plan but then I got into it a bit :p I had quite a few treats, cocktails and other alcohol and food I wouldn't normally have whilst on plan and haven't had for a long time!
Got to get back on track now and hope I dont find it too difficult to do!
I usually weigh in on a Tuesday but took it as holiday this week as didn't get back till toda so hopefully I can recover some of the damage from the weekend!
I am pleased though as I didn't throw complete caution to the wind and did maintain some control over what I was and wasn't having! Though I am feeling like I need to constantly eat now! Thank goodness thats ok with SW! :)

Pleased you managed to stick (a bit) to the diet Emsie, it must be difficult to show restraint whilst away, well done.
I must admit that is why I set my holiday date as my goal date, I'm worried it will be too difficult to stick to the regime, especially looking at syn values for alcohol, ice cream and hotel food :eek: I'll pick it up again afterwards.
