cool cheers jim. i'll see this weekend through then start beng stricked on monday. i'll knock cheese on the head too which is gonna be a struggle.
erm, I'm on maint and the only item from that list I eat occasionally is potoat and toast.I agree. I'm looking forward to enjoying carbs once a week on maint. Mash, potato in all its forms really, crumpets, peanut butter on toast, pizza, biscuits, ice cream, crunchy nut cornflakes, cake, CHOCOLATE!
I am being boringly consistent, another 2 lbs loss this week
