Hi all, had my weigh in yesterday. i stayed the same oh well at least it was not a gain but felt pretty sulky yesterday. Where is that whoosh fairy when you need her

ahh yes on a happier note i did lose inches so thats good, i think thats why i continued cause usually at that stage i think i will treat myself to cheer myself up...but thanks to the tape measure i was happy and motivated again
