Hi Fellow L Lifers

Well its Weigh day today 6.30pmish, struggled with the water this week sometimes I think I should be used to it now its my 5 week. munched a few nibbles this week I know silly girl but getting a bit fed up with food packs. I know whe I tell my LLC she will understand and get me back on track which is good biut does anyone else feel that if they lived with there LLC it would be so much easier.
Will let you know the damage later tonite wisk me luck

Dont beat yourself up over past mistakes, thats what they are, in the past. From now, its full steam ahead!!

Well Fellow LLifers

I lost 3 pound this week not bad can't expect much more, but yes I'm pleased My nibbling has put my thoughts & weight back into perspective, if I cheat I'm only cheating myself no one else really cares if I don't lose the weight but me, so back on track and a big thankyou for all your support I'm so glad a joined in on this forum.

Target for next week 5lbs then I have reached 2stone loss.
