I am so thrilled..just had my second weigh in and have lost 5lb ...thats a 1 stone total in 2 weeks :wow:....i am over the moon because I had a bad cold fro 4 days and was in bed for most of it and felt really miserable....so difficult to stick with tfr but I DID and wow I am soooo glad I did...really motivated now!!!
my ticker is not showing loss will have to figure this out!!
