All very well preparing myself for a small loss . . . it doesn't stop me from being disappointed to see just a -2 lbs! Still, I know I lose slowly and that's 10 and a half pounds in a fortnight. So, I'm happy enough. Might just make it a stone lost by next week. Thank you for the support and best of luck to anybody else who is weighing in today.

A big thank you to you Sandra and Daisy. You've been so very supportive to me and to all newcomers. It's very much appreciated.

So, Day 15 draws to a close. I'm upping my intake of water in the hope of losing more next week. My walking as part of physio has been increased to 25 mins a day so that should help too. I don't think there's anything else I can do . . . unless I go back to leisure centre and start swimming again. I am still a little nervous at the thought of walking from dressing room to pool on wet tiles. Terrified of falling again.
