Weigh In Day Rituals

    How does everybody prepare on weigh in day?

    I don't have dinner b4 weigh in, cut back on my water intake and make sure I've been to loo.

    Am I mad?

    He he - well I have only had one weigh in (other than the one at the very beginning), but I am pretty much the same. I wear the exact same shoes, trousers and top as the first week so that doesn't skew the weigh in. Also wait till after to have dinner and visit the loo before going in. I tend to be quite thirsty to drink lots regardless. I think water flushes through your system in about 30mins.

    First weigh in today and it was at 10am so just one cuppa instead of the normal 6 for me. Used to get weighed and cheat thinking i'd got a whole week to sort it. Never quite worked tho so doing it properly this time

    I weigh in on a Thursday morning and do nothing different but did skip breakfast once but I put on weight that week lol I don't think it matters what you do!
