He he - well I have only had one weigh in (other than the one at the very beginning), but I am pretty much the same. I wear the exact same shoes, trousers and top as the first week so that doesn't skew the weigh in. Also wait till after to have dinner and visit the loo before going in. I tend to be quite thirsty to drink lots regardless. I think water flushes through your system in about 30mins.
