Extra Easy weigh in day


Now to maintain.....
i weigh in at 5.30pm on a monday.
i eat my normal breakfast(whatever i fancy-on plan of course!) ...a fruit snack mid morning if i want one and a slightly lighter than normal lunch.
i make sure ive eaten lunch by 1pm and i dont eat and drink past this until ive weighed in! i always take a banana and other snacks to weigh in though and eat as soon as im done.
i weigh in at 9.30 in the morning and normally dont have time to have anything as i have to get the kids to school i take some fruit to the meeting and have that and a coffee after ive been weighed

Just the same as I do every other day! And I would advise all newbies to do the that - do not let yourself fall into the trap of changing your eating habits and be afraid of eating or drinking on WI day
