Just eat normally - if you do anything else you just create a rod for your own back. Certainly don't severely cut back on what you eat as some people have been known to do. As long as you do the same each week then eating normally should make no difference to your weigh-ins.

i agree, just eat normally else id feel i was getting a false weight.
