And am absolutely thrilled with a 2.6kg loss (5.7lbs) Am weighing in kgs cos it sounds like less to lose than nearly 7 stone! It is the most I have lost in a week since I got to my goal weight 16 years ago. Some of you may see I am on Xenical & think that is the reason but I haven't eaten anything that seems to have affected me, I have been very careful as don't want the effects it appears to have with some people. It's like willpower in a little blue pill....
