i have only been doing this for a couple of weeks but i am certain i would be gutted if i went off to get weighed and id stayed the same having stuck to it but i think i would have to try with all my might to focus my brain on the end game and where i wanna be when iv lost weight and how good/confident/happy/healthy/proud etc. i will feel then!
that sounds very easy on here but i am having a bit of a tough day myself and have come so close to putting a spoon of stew into my mouth - glad to say i havn't had any but thats because i had a stern talking to from my other half who knows how much i wanna lose all this weight! he told me to go have a pint of water, if that doesn't work have another pint of water, if that doesn't work GO TO BED! - i aint in bed yet, lol!!
please stick with it, who knows you'll probably do better than all of us in next weeks weigh in!
go and have a pint on me (of water i'm afraid.....well it's christmas and im skint, lol)
