Weigh in today!

Well thats me at the end of week 3 - I honestly CAN NOT believe it... So many times before I tried and gave in within a week but I really feel much more in control now. I am going at lunch time so fingers crossed, I have weighed myself at home but will not jinx it by saying what i think I have lost (I know we shouldnt weigh ourself before I get a row).

Anyway the good news I finally decided about Dublin.... I was meant to be re feeding today so I could go away and enjoy myself (advice from teh chemist) but I am not going to do re feed today. I want to carry on and am gonna try my utter most hardest to stick to 2 shakes and 1 small protien, low fat meal when am away. I can take or leave a drink and so that wont bother me! I have been humming an haying for about 2 weeks what to do and many of you wonderful people have given me advise, I guess I wanted to hear for a long time to go away and pig out and get back on track come the Mon, but I know now that I DONT want to do that. Lets face it if I wanted to do that then i could do it here at home, just becasue am going away doesnt mean I need to let my body become possessed again by that mad woman who eats everything in site!!

I have to prove to myself that I am in control what ever the situation and I know if I ccan over come this week (fri 25th) then I can well and truly accomplish my goals that I have set.

Thanks for all the advise people, its truly great to have you all to talk to, people on the diet just dont understand.

I will keep you posted with my weight today.

Let us know pineapple how you get on, its great that we can all support each other, I must admit I had a terrible day yesterday but got through it using all the advice I had been given, thanks to Yuna for the mint and chocolate idea..... end of my three weeks tomo, have a good weekend.

Hiya guys, I couldna wait any longer and sneaked away to chemist at tea time instead of waiting till lunch, am over the moon as down another 5lbs this week, so thats 20lbs in 3 weeks!

I must say, I really feel this forum has given me strength when I have felt week and I love reading everyones posts and success stories, we are all in it together after all and all want the same thing.

Bring on another week! Gonna get weighed the Thurs next week (day before dublin) hopefully it will spur me on over the weekend when temptations are there!

If u can stay away from the drink in Dublin then u'll have no probs with the rest of it!! :) (If u get weak, find internet cafe and we'll sort u out!) You'll do great, with your attitude I don't think there's any room for entertaining any doubt of success.

I'd just like to thank everyone who has replied for your comments, its replys such as these that really spur us on. Thanks so much, am feeling really determined for Dublin, I just dont want to break it as this is the first time in years whilst dieting that I have really really felt in control of my destinationx
