    Well I managed to shift 8 lbs on my first week back so only a pound to get to where I was. Feeling really cold today now the weathers turned brrrrrr. Tried the soup hotted up in the microwave it was yummy, much better than just blitzing it with hot water in. Could have done with a hunk of bread tho. lol

    Well done hun dats a brilliant loss! im now wearing 3 tops and 2 trousers and 2 socks haha and still bloody freezing. bought big fluffy boots yesterday to warm my feet and they still aren't warm. haha! i guess it will make us move more so we wil lose more. optimism today!

    EEEEkkk I hadn't realised that, the soup is gross just with warm water added. Its so gritty : (
