    im off to weigh in shortly, not looking forward to it this week, im in middle of AAM week but have to go today as cant go monday, and since last friday on my scales ive only lost 2lbs :(
    think im gonna get her to measure me today, even tho she never has done previously, might help me in future weeks if ive lost inches but not much weight

    well ive lost 1lb this week :cry:

    got cdc to measure me so if i dont have a great loss again and the inches come off a bit ill be happy

    Aww don't fret, a lb is a lb and it's off, that's the main thing. People often slow down on AAM week and then it all catches back up again the following week. Stick with the diet and you will lose the weight. Glad you asked your CDC to measure you as she should really be doing this anyway, you'll often find inch loss even when the scales don't move much.
