Weigh In :)

    Okay so im on week 3 of sole source. Ive been on and off the diet so much its unbelievable and for the first time ever I've stuck to it :) as its Ramadan I've been fitting in my shakes around this and first 2 weeks were hard and i only had small loses.. and on top of that I took some vitamin tablets for hair and nails which left me erm severely constipated 2 days before weigh in lol but nonetheless I had my weigh in and I lost 8 POUNDS :eek::talk017:

    I cant explain how proud I am of myself as I've literally been kidding myself by saying oh il start tommorow etc but now that I've stuck to it Im seeing results.. so everyone out there struggling with restarts or just in general take my word it works :D :D woo hoooo
