    lost another 3lbs which debunked my old ideas about not losing weight while on aam, i had read it here but still didnt realy beleive it lol, so now im 4st exactly lighter since the 12th july, which is amazing, cant believe it, :)

    WOow CDthing..that is bloody amazing run. I started a week after you and i havent even passed the 2st mark..well i did but you are doing soo well. SO what is your secret?

    thanks everyone im really pleased, and the secret, ? do what your told stick to it and drink lots of water, i have drank a minimum of 4ltrs every day, and then about a week or two ago i started drinking 5ltrs a day and it really seems to help,
