Well what can I say...

I lost 3 pounds this week, don't know how!

My hubby booked a surprise weekend away in Marbella only booked it thursday afternoon and we went on friday. So i obviously had a bit of vino but walked loads and ate reasonably good.

Back on slimfast again though and really enjoying it.

I am changing my routine this week and having my main meal at work on a lunchtime this is when i feel like i need it! So having a smoothie for brekkie and a shake on a night and fruit or slimfast snack bars in between if i need them...

Hope everyone else is doing ok.

p.s. i weigh in at a slimming world class on a tuesday night just so it's accurate..
