Im currently having a 4oz chicken breast cooked in the oven with water and BBQ seasoning (Delish) And a salad of Lettuce, peppers onions and balasamic vinegar!!! Struggling to eat it lol! still got over 3 quarters left to eat!!!

It seemed like such a big portion im scared ive done it wrong lol!!

lol yup... 20mins of eating so far lol...

Also im making sure im chewing everything properly! usually I would chew things three times and then swallow lol!!

haha!! i think i heard somewhere ages ago that you should chew whatever you are eating 8 times .... try it! it goes really small but is said to help weight loss and help with digestion!

Im chewing each mouthful about 20 times lol!!!

Plus im getting more flavour out of it than what I used to!! lol
