Stay away from the scales ! ! ! lol

I know its hard, but its better to weigh weekly same time, same clothes, same place and you will get a true reading.

TOTM doesn't help things either hun, I bet you have a great loss by Monday, so keep your chin up and keep positive x x x

As above ignore...ignore.....ignore.... of course im a hypocrite as i can never stay off mine :D ...but... at the time of the month.. it really IS best to ignore them!

3 1/2 pounds is a great loss! If you lost that on WW, you'd be thrilled!

hi lily im only saying only 3lb cos im comparing to the 8lb the week before
