I nearly broke yesterday. I've got an appointment with a hospital dietitian next week and thought yesterday that I would stop doing cd and do what he/she advising as Im struggling so much. Then I weighed myself this morning as I felt fatter and that would have been the just confirmed my decision to change. I was in shock when the numbers showed Im 3lbs lighter than Tuesday. Can't because believe it. I've never been a serial weigher but think I will have to start because it gave me the boost to stick with cd whatever the dietitian says. I know that I shouldn't weigh myself but id that's what help me stick room cd then I will do it every 2-3days. I know that my weight will fluctuate but as long as the majority odd the numbers sts or for down that will help

Have a fabby day Peeps

Hi Shirley - I am weighing daily which I know I shouldn't but it's helping me! Do what works for you. Hope it went well at the dieticians. Can't see them wanting you to do CD. x
