Extra Easy Weight Gain & Monthlys

Twice in 2 months I've gained that certain time of month (being subtle).
Anyone else ?
It's so infuriating especially when already feeling miserable.

Lots of people find this. SW call it your star week so if you do a search using that term you'll find lots of threads about it. If you find you gain during this week at least you know the reason for it and that the following week it will come off again! Try to think your weight loss on a monthly basis instead of getting tied up in knots over weekly ups and downs, as your losses will even out of the course of the month.
