Weight gain...

Ok, so twas my birthday yesterday and I decided to have a meal off plan. This morning my scales show a 1 lbs gain (only since yesterday wi, still a 3lbs loss for week) so my question...

Is that it, damage done, or will my weight loss also slow down because of my meal. Id like to lose another lbs or 2 by monday, which would normally be achievable but just wondered if that was more unlikely now?

Ps, not particularly worried either way, just something I'd like to know for future ref. If it makes a difference, I think I'm still in ketosis x

Your gain is unlikely to be anything but water/glycogen.

when i hear things like this i wanna eat! lol.. coz i keep wondering if i eat something straight after my weigh in.. then by next weigh in would i be ok. i know very naughty of me... but i cant stop thinking about food!

Oh no sorry mrs, didn't want that! I won't be having any more meals off plan, but if I were I should keep them quite wouldn't wasn't to send any ones thoughts in that direction xxx
