Weight of food packs

Could anyone who is doing Lighter Life/Lighter Life Lite confirm to me the weight of the shakes and the bars please?
I'm doing Lighter Life Lite but using Exante products.

Silly question but why do you need to know the weight of the packs?It's the calories that matter surely not the pack weight??

Hi, I was just wondering as I have done both diets and they don't seem any bigger.
Larger pack = more calories.
Doesn't really matter now, I'm losing weight and that's all that matters!

I'm not entirely sure that argument is right-the exante bars are a lot bigger than the ll or cwp or any other ones but I don't think they have more calories.Well done on losing weight anyway

LL packs are currently 40 hrs - 150 calls per shake - based on 4 products a day. Bars are around 175 cals. Exante is 3 products a day unless stated otherwise so larger in size and calories.
