Weight of the allowed veg?

Hi
Just after a little advice, I wondered if the 200g of veg allowed daily is before cooking or after cooking?
Also - do you have to have it with your meal or can it be snacked on thru out the day?

Daft question but do you think it matters how you cook it, i.e 200g of cooked courgette crisps would be loads of raw courgette, as it dehydrates so much?
 
Dont think how its served matters, some people grate cauliflower to make cauli rice, I cant imagine them having a full 200 grams of it though lol, and lettuce weighs nothing chopped, gives options to pick through the day

You dont have to have the full 200g just have enough to fill you up ;)
 
Don't worry too much, its a lot of veg!! I rarely get through half the allowance

Nice to have a tuppaware of veg to nibble and a portion to add to a pack or two.each day
