Although I know its my own fault because I did have those truffles this week! I'm not too stressed about it though because I know the weight will come off - and its not weigh in till Monday night so who knows what the scales will say then. I was a little upset/envious today though as I went shopping with my sister and she's lost around 2.5 stones this past year just through diet and exercise and she's now in a size 12 and she looks fab and she's wearing all this stuff I'd love to be wearing - and could have been if I hadn't eaten like a pig once I finished LL!
I guess this is all even more incentive to do it and keep the weight off though.
One other thing I wondered about my weight being the same is that I'm rather constipated and haven't gone to the loo in days. Can that make you retain weight?
