weight up and down

Its funny cos I answered a thread the other day about someone being upset that she hadnt lost weight after following the sw plan all week...I said how other things affect your loss like water retention, constipation, pmt etc......... but got up today and weighed self (sneeky peek) and put on half a pound, the had another look an hour later and put on a pound!!! Was not happy!!!:cry:Its a hard game sometimes....:mad:

I think sometimes we have to follow our own advice :D NO PEEKING and step away from the scales.

I always think its best to look at weight loss over the month rather than week to week.

There are so many bodily fluctuations etc that can affect our bodies and if you follow the plan I believe over the month you will see the results of all the hard work we put in.

Try not to be too hard on yourself x

sure is hun...we are all so hard on ourselves sometimes even tho we know what can triggers gains or sts its still annoying i know i beat myself up all the time about it..but wait till WI and im sure you will see some postive results x
