Weight watchers from slimming world pp help please

Hi all I am thinking about swapping from slimming world to weight watchers I have bought the books from eBay but I wonder if anyone could help me point some foods before my books arrive

Jacket potato
Meats where do I start steak and chicken of medium size but I presume this is worked out on weight ?

Aww crap girls sorry.. Totally went out of my head yesterday.. Will b Monday now before I can do it.. Will send myself an email to work to remind me.. In the meantime if u need anything PP'd give me a shout and i'll gladly do it..
Little tip tho.. If you take the cals on a product, divide it by 40 and it'll giv ya the PP value.. Just round it upr down.. And there's no 1/2 points anymore (u may r may not hav noticed) so sometimes it might be 2pp for 1 of something but 3pp for 2 of that item.. example: if you get 1.4 for ur result, it will be 1pp for 1, and 2pp for 2. But if its 1.6 it'll be 2pp for 1 but 3pp for 2... Hope that makes sense
