Weight Watchers reday meals

Hi there! My boyf did the shopping and thought he was being helpful by buying me some ww ready meals...ahh!
Only problem is that i dont know how many syns are in them, can anyone of u lovlies plz hep? I need to get the SW brand book but cant buy it til next group... grrrr!

Chicken curry?
Beef Lasagne?
Beef hot pot?

Chicken curry with rice 4.5 syns on EE and green and 9.5 syns on red
Beef hotpot 4.5 syns on EE and green and 5.0 on red
Beef lasagne chilled 7.5 on EE and red 8.0 on green
Beef lasagne frozen 5.0 on EE and green 6.0 on red
