Anyone know how many syns are in a WW chilled tuna pasta bake and a WW chilled mushroom stroganof with wild and basmati rice?. thankyou xxxx

4 syns on red and ee and 5.5 syns on green.
Chilled Mushroom Stroganoff with wild rice 400g pack:
3 syns on green and ee and 10.5 on red.

2 slices unless you're using the malted Danish - then you can have 3.

The tortillas are 4 syns and the caramel cake bar is 4.5 syns

The malted Danish isn't a Heb, the Brown Danish is a heb = 3 slices

Oh dear! My consultant will be in trouble next week then as I've been using it as a hex b pretty much every day thanks to her advice - oops.

Well looking at my book (rather than listening to my consultant!!), you can have 2 slices of any of the following:

Wholemeal bread (small 400g loaf)
Hovis nimble malted wholegrain
Hovis nimble white
Hovis nimble wholemeal
Hovis wholemeal bread (small 400g loaf)
Warburtons wholemeal bread (400g medium sliced loaf)
Weight watchers wholemeal bread (400g thick sliced loaf)

Hopefully that really will help this time!

Hi , iv had a look but cant find this anywhere on here. Does any one know the syns in a weight watchers caramel shortcake? (they are the cake/buscuit variety. i can only find frozen Caramel shortcake on here.....
