weight watchers weekly weigh in results

Hi all
Please could you all post how your weight in results are each week,as have done ww many of times,curriently on cd and thinking of a change and just wanted to now how your all doing.
 
Hi Gemma,

I usually loose 2lbs a week - 3lbs if I exercise.

Im doing kick start this week though, so will be interesting to see how that goes - am hoping it'll be a good one, if not I'll feel like I wasted my time. will let you know if its worth trying or not xx
 
Average 3lbs

Hi on average every week I loose between2 and 3lbs. Its a pretty good diet and alot easier to stick to than cambridge.
 
i i lose anywhere between 2-4lb a week on average, and i tend to lose more if i use my points rather than eating less
