weight watchers yogs

hi all,

sorry for a really lazy question but does anyone know the syn valve for weight watchers yogs? i usually get activa fat free ones but the weight watchers are in offer and it abit if a tight week moneywise. sorry if this has been asked before had a quick search but couldnt find anything ( i'm on my phone tho)
