Weight watchers

Hi Jo well I started with friends and lost half a stone the first week 5lb the second and 3lb the 3rd week so that made me stick to it I started when it was just points I did aqua for exercise and walking for few months to help also I stuck just to weight watchers food which I found ok at the start I still have weight watchers meals now also I do my own foods to I've got another 10lb to lose still if I go out I save my points or take from 49 or if I go over take from the next day.

omg thats fantastic u must be over the moon ive started ww on augest 17th this year and ive lost 24 pounds to date im really hoping to loose another stone by xmas i really wanna look great in a dress or a pair of jeans im so sick of wearing black all the time!!! thats really amazing any tips to share?
