With regards to the weekly shop the way I look at is the money I spend on buying fresh fruit, veg and healthier stuff is the money I'm no longer spending on rubbish!

Good luck with which ever you chose I started WW as I don't eat as much and don't have alot of preparation time WW is easier when on the go I have found.x
