Well... hello!

Hi, all! This is my first post but I've been reading the forum for a couple of weeks! I started dieting last Christmas after realising I was 11st and my weight loss has been successful. But here's my problem:

I am a fairly young teen, 5 ft 9 and 8st 10 (as of last Tuesday). My BMI is kinda low but when I look down in my stomach is overhangs so much! It's terrible! It even looks huge when I look sideways into the mirror! Everyone say I'm skinny but I really don't thing I am.

I do regular cardio and aerobic exercise and consume about 1400 calories a day.

Is there anyway I can remove my stomach fat?

Hi and welcome. Is your BMI acceptable or too low? If it is too low then you need to ask for help with your shape.
