Extra Easy Went off plan yesterday. Will a gain show at WI tonight?

    Met up with my mum yesterday and made bad food choices.

    I'm ok when not out as I plan my meals but when I'm out it is a different story but at least now I know what my problem is.

    My question is WI is tonight will yesterday show as a gain already?

    In short yes. Calories, syns and fat dont fly around you waiting to latch on to your body when theyre ready. As soon as it goes in your mouth it starts making a difference.

    That being said, One meal does not a week ruin. Meaning It may not impact our weight as much as you think. Of course this doesnt mean you should do it every week becuase you can get away with it (trust me Ive tried lol) If you have made good choices the rest of the week it may balance itself out.

    The most you can do is learn from the experience, there isnt much you can do to change what the scales are going to say.x.x.
