I went my first meeting on Monday. When I got on the scale and saw my weight I wanted to cry lol. This is the heaviest I've ever been. But it's gona come off.
Think positive! Getting on the scales, seeing that number and doing something about getting those numbers down is absolutely the best thing you could do for yourself this year. You'll be healthier, slimmer, fitter, feel fabulous and you'll never see numbers that high again
