Since joining sw two weeks ago I've starting cooking and baking some of the sw recipes. They taste really nice but I'm having trouble with the chips and the 1/2 syn cake.
The chips seem to ooze water on when cooking so I have to drain them several times. Is this normal?
Also the half syn cake became very very soggy very quickly so I had to throw it away :(.
Are there any reasons for this?
 
Just made sw wedges which is pretty much the same as chips and boiled slightly first and much better :). Thanks santa_nethy
 
Really nice! Sprinkled them with pepper and a little bit of salt. Very addictive tho! Enjoyed them with the sw burger and salad. Yum yum!
