Wetherspoons sweet chilli noodles

I've seen a couple of people asking about the syns in this so I have been onto the Wetherspoon website and found out the nutritional contents, from what I can tell they are 3 1/2 syns but i had to guess the portion size.


Did you also know that weight watchers now do a lovely sweet chilli chicken and rice meal for a tiny 2 1/2 syns!

I have had that from wetherspoons and it is lush I had the one with chicken though so would be good to know the syn value

I've checked this as its laaaaavly... Apparently according to the s.w app it's 1 syn... 10 with chicken which doesn't make sense to me but there you go do enjoy lovelies xxx

Oooo loverrly it's gone down in syns over the years! Thanks. They must fry the chicken in oil or something.
