Hiya, so I am going to Wetherspoons for dinner tonight (not my choice but its more convenient for the location) I've looked at other threads to look at low syn main meals, everyone said the Sweet Chilli Noodles, but not sure they have stopped having this option as I cannot find it on the main meal menu?! :-( :-(
then I saw the 5 bean chili with pila rice is FREE but with tortilla chips, one said 4.5 syns and another said 6 syns???
so can someone post the syn values for all main meals and sides please? I am not a full SW member as I wanted to try on my own first before paying so I can get onto the site or app
