What am i allowed to eat??

If you are doing sole source you cant eat anything, the coke zero thing is not technically allowed however some people do take it.

If you are on a higher plan there are certain foods you can have, ham no because of the salt content, but you can have chicken, tinned tuna in brine, cottage cheese, tofu, quorn, green or white veg.

I wouldnt drink coke zero as this could knock you out of ketosis. In theory its ok in, say, week 7 if you wanted to treat yourself to 1 can if u are desperate but this first week is crucial for you - you could risk a couple of lbs!

You can have the mentioned food in your Add a Meal week.

hi everyone!
im on day 5 of the CD and i have heard that i can eat wafer thin ham and low fat cottage cheese, chicken breast and drink coke zero!! is this all true as im so confused!!>???

please help......hungry and hopeless
