Hey I am New

I'm 16stone and want to loose some weight.I always eat out in Mcdonals and a lot of fat that is my diet is not good for my health.I would normally eat out for lunch or eat fatty foods a lot of the time

Breakfast:2 Pancakes with chocolate spread and bannana
Lunch: McDonalds Large Meal
Dinner: Roast chicken ,Vegetables,Gravy
Snacks: Coke-a-cola ,Crisps bar of chocolate or jelly babies
2-4 Ice-creams, Hot-chocolate,Toastie sandwhich(cheese,Ham,Butter) Soup,yogurts

My goal is to go swimming more often and stop eating foods that are full of sugar. PM please.

I would eat a lot before bed because I hate having a hungry belly.
