what are healthy extras?

Im confused, i had marmite on toast today for lunch it was weightwatchers bread but ive seen some people count bread as healthye extras can someone explain because i counted it as a syn?
 
Hi,

every day you should have 1 or 2 healthy extra a - ie milk or cheese, and 2 healthy extra b choices bread, cereals etc.

Weight Watchers bread (2 slices wholemeal from 400g loaf or 3 slices brown danish 400g loaf) is a 'b' choice.

Do you have a list of healthy extras in your e-book?
