Hope you don`t think me thick,
but what are husks,
who can have them,
where do you get them from,

and also the boullion vegetable, I can only find swiss vegetable powder in morrisons would this be ok to have, if so how much.
I am on my 3rd week of cambridge on ss.
Thanks for any help.

Cant help re the boullion, but the husks are psyllium husks, that are a natural source of fibre and can be bought in powder form (tubs) or tablets.

They can be bought from most health food outlets, such as holland & barrett, or you can buy online. If you do a search on psyllium on the forums you'll find a lot more info about it and links to websites where you can buy it cheaper.

Most folks use the powder form to thicken shakes & soups.

I get mine online from a company called Healthspan: I don't think I could do this diet without psyllium husks.

Thanks I will have a look out for it.
