Does anyone know the lowest syned tortilla wraps you can get or if you can use any as a Healthy extra (even better!!) 
what are the best wraps to get?

hi tracie green
i am sure tortilla wraps have to bee syn'd because there is not enough fibre in them. don't have them any more, but from memory plain wraps 8.5 syns on any day. let me find my book and i will check, done housework, put them some where safe, cannot find them at this moment.
just thought this may be copyright issues if i use slimming world books.
if you go out shopping and kcal / 20 (1 syn is 20 kcals). should be able to work them out. but they don't have enough fibre so have to syn.

h thanks anita, that is helfu. thats a shame, love a chicken wrap!! shame they are so high in syns!!

Asda Wholemeal Tortilla Wraps are only 4.5 syns.

ooo are they, great!! have got to walk into town a bit later and get a few bits anyway, thankyou, i will get some from the co-op, we dont have an asda near us
