what are the losses on 1000 like ?

sorry hun just started 790 so not sure someone else will come along to help u im sure
I lost about 8lbs in 2 months on 1000 plan but I did start exercising much more! 7 to 8 miles a day on the X-trainer, sit ups, press ups and weights 6 days a week. So I think I have built up muscle. It does seem to slow down on the 1000 plan.
